What to expect...
- Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email!
- With most items being handmade to order (some may already be in stock), it can take up to 5 working days for the item to be crafted, packaged, and ready to ship.
- For any local deliveries (conditions specified below), we will reach out to you via email once your order is ready, to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a further email to let you know the tracking number for your delivery! This can then be tracked on the Royal Mail website - https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
See below the options for delivery of all orders (requested at checkout):
£2.00 For local delivery within a 6-mile radius of Knaresborough Town.
£3.75 Royal Mail First Class Signed For Delivery (1-5 working days)
£8.50 Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day by 1pm Signature Required (1 working day)
Please note that delivery times will be from when the order has been shipped. If you need your order ASAP please contact us directly at Manthjewellery@outlook.com, so we can do our best to accommodate!
Can you change my shipping address?
If your order has not left our workshop, we are able to amend your shipping address. Please email Manthjewellery@outlook.com and we can help!
If your order has already been shipped with Royal Mail, unfortunately, we aren't able to amend your shipping address.
Can I have my order gift wrapped?
All orders are packaged in tissue paper to protect the item in transit, inside a black organza gift bag. This is then placed inside a box which will have the Manth Jewellery logo on!
Do you offer international delivery?
We are working on it! So please bear with us, and keep your eyes peeled...
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
How do I return an item?
If you have changed your mind, no problem! You can return or exchange your items up to 14 days after you receive them for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in the same condition as received and in their original packaging. Any damages to items returned will result in a deduction from refund on inspection and this will be communicated with you via email. Please contact Manthjewellery@outlook.com to arrange the return!
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Personalised/engraved items cannot be returned.
We recommend using a tracked or signed for service to ensure your items arrive safely. You will receive an email to confirm your refund to the original payment method you used or we will be in touch to organise your exchange.
Please make sure you include a note with your name, address, order number and state whether you are returning or exchanging your items.
Faulty items
If an item you receive is faulty, please email Manthjewellery@outlook.com to let us know as soon as possible. Please include a photo as it is handy for us to see what has happened!
All of our jewellery is handmade in Harrogate and undergoes quality control checks before leaving the workshop, however, faults can occur and jewellery can be damaged in the post. We do all we can to avoid this!
